Q. Do you provide user manuals?

A. Yes, a user manual is provided at the time of training.

Q. What are the support hours?

A. Support is available from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm Monday through Fridays EST.

Q. When can parents make payments?

A. The system is available 24-hours a day seven days a week.  Parents may make payments right up to the cutoff time the school establishes.   

Q. How do we receive our reports?

A. Reports are provided online and can be accessed for the current school year as well as the prior school year.

Q. How much time is involved to get started?

A. We suggest the school set 2-hours aside for marketing (informing the parents of the new service), 2-hours for accounting and other staff training, and 2-hours for webmaster to place information and access to the e~Funds for Schools service on the school’s website.
