Parents can benefit from this program in several ways.
When the parent provides their e-mail address to the e-Funds for Schools system, they can receive notice each time a check is processed. This feature will assure the school received and processed their check.
Each check written is inserted into the e-Funds for Schools payment history, allowing the parent to track payments made by the student.
The history option allows the parent to verify how a check was allocated by the school, quickly resolving issues where the check may have been applied in a different manner than the parent intended.
Parents will receive an e-mail notice if their check is returned by their bank for Non Sufficient Funds (NSF check).
The parent will also receive an e-mail notifying them their NSF check will be resubmitted, providing them an opportunity to deposit funds in their account before the check clears again.
