Q. How much does Check Processing cost?

    A. Check scanners are available at cost. A small per check charge is applied to each check processed.

Q. How long does it take to get going?

    A. Typical lead time is 2-3 weeks. Actual staff time spent is about 2-hours for start-up and training.

Q. What do I do with the original paper check?

    A. We ask that you keep the original check for 30-days in the event that the bank requests a copy. Checks should be placed in a shredding device when disposed of.

Q. Is the service safe?

    A. Yes, the system looks for duplicate checks, provides the dual control of check processing and bank deposits, and uses SSL encryption when transmitting check images and information.
